 League, hereby release the above player from our player list in accordance with the items stated below on this release form. I have informed this player that before he signs a contract with another team affiliated with the Minnesota Baseball Association, Inc. or another state or province team that he is to furnish a copy of this release to his new team. I further agree that I will furnish the league secretary of our league two copies of this release promptly and that I have handed one copy to the above player.

CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH RELEASES CAN BE GRANTED

1. Team no longer wishes to use player, although he remains in radius area. (Player can sign with any team in radius area)
2. Player has moved out of radius area and has established new home in accordance with provisions of the Constitution and By-Laws of the MBA.
3. Player has rights of transfer to another team in accordance with the Not Used in Three Games Rule.
4. A new contract cannot be signed without a release, unless your first contract is with the city you live in.
5. No player once signed to a team contract shall participate with another team until he has been duly released by proper authority. (Art. 11-A)
6. No player can be released after June 30^th or before March 15^th.
